YOLA MEZCALINA
YOLA MEZCALINA
¾ oz Yola Mezcal

2 oz soda water

½ of a persian cucumber

¼ oz fresh lime

Kosher rock salt

Rim glass with salt. Slice cucumber and muddle in the bottom of glass with lime juice. Fill glass with crushed (nugget) ice. Add mezcal and top with soda.
